Tempering chocolate is the process of cooling melted chocolate down so it’s the right temperature to work with. Using tempered chocolate means your handmade goodies will have a shiny finish and a good snap.
After tempering your chocolate, you can make your chocolates as messy or perfect as you want; they’ll taste great either way!
